Mewsbrook House serves a wide area in and around Littlehampton. It is set in beautiful and tranquil grounds, in an area close to shops and local amenities. It is easily accessible by bus and has adequate parking facilities for visitors.
 
Mewsbrook House carries registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) – South Eastern Region – as a provider of Residential Care with Nursing under the following regulated activities: -
1. Accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care
2. Treatment of disease, disorder or injury 
Mewsbrook House provides long-term care and support for 50 adults over the age of 25 years of either gender in the specialism of Mental Disorder and Dementia. 
We believe that provision of high quality care for vulnerable people should be a fundamental expectation.
People may stay at Mewsbrook House for a variety of reasons including physical decline due to the natural ageing process, or as a result of other factors such as illness or disease which means that they are unable to be cared for at Home.
Mewsbrook House is also able to offer dedicated specialist care for those with nursing Mental Health/Dementia needs.  
We pride ourselves on providing a homely environment which is tailored to meet the individual needs of people staying with us, while providing a high standard of care for people who need personal and/or nursing care and for those that have a Dementia related illness and mental health problems. This is delivered by a team of skilled staff trained to meet the person’s requirements. 
We specialise in the following types of care:
-  Nursing Care.             -  Dementia Care.             -  Mental Health Conditions.       -  Elderly Care.             - Younger Adults.
-  Head or Brain Injury  (ABI)             -  Diverse and Challenging Behaviour.           -   Alcohol and Substance Dependency  
-  Respite Care, although this cannot be booked far in advance due to the high demand for our beds.
